750cc gixxer is just the goat. Sadly can't buy one here in Europe (unless it's 10+ years old starting from 40k km and completely abused) Luckily enough Honda and Kawasaki saved the day with Erou5+ emissions compliant 600cc sport bikes. The new cbr600rr actually looks sick, and IMO it has nothing to do with the old boring looking cbr's. Anyway I'm just hoping Suzuki makes his comeback to our market.

ZX-6R is one of the best bang for buck motorcycle you can buy. It's a peach of a bike and quite overlooked, in my opinion. It's also an example of a dying breed: if you ever wanted to get a classic, raw 600cc in-line 4 experience, get one before Kawi pulls a Yamaha and bins it.

I have a 2024 zx6r and it does have quick shift up and down. I only use it for racing but other than that I keep it traditional. You can’t get to comfortable with these bikes. Stay sharp 🏍️💨💪🏽✊🏽💯

typically for cars in particular you may want to let it idle so that the metals in the engine can expand to their proper size and shape since the cold weather can make them shrink but Im not sure how that affects motorcycles.

Armoured gear is rated for certain crashes. That's why slide ratings exist. An AA slide rated hoodie and jeans would hold up to a street speed crash well enough to save most of your skin and bones, while being lighter and far more comfortable. It was never intended to be used at a track, or for track speed.
